Yarra Yarra Golf Club Wedding Photos

The clubrooms and grounds of Yarra Yarra golf club enabled us to cover a range of different looks in a short space of time, as we shot the post ceremony wedding photos of this recent Melbourne wedding. The ceremony was held at a nearby church, so we lost almost no time in travelling to the reception.

A crisp, windy day prevailed for the wedding photography shown here, at prominent Melbourne Golf Club “Yarra Yarra”, in Warrigal Road, Bentleigh.

The bride and groom had their ceremony offsite, and adjourned to the grounds and club rooms at Yarra Yarra Golf Club, for some wedding photography and their reception. The weather was sunny- but very cold- and we didn’t stay outside for very long at all. We only took a few photos around the grounds, preferring to use the indoor locations instead.

The clubrooms and meeting rooms at Yarra Yarra provided excellent photographic backdrops and settings for these wedding photos. These locations would be ideal in wet weather, providing great variety for photos. The photography in the meeting room benefits from great directional lighting, provided by the floor to ceiling windows, facing west.

The wedding reception was a fantastic success, and the attention to detail given by the staff was awesome. The food and service were great, there was ample opportunity for wedding photography. The entire wedding party was taken around the grounds in golf buggies, a totally different twist on wedding transport!
